Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Invisible Texts (invisibletexts.org). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and its free Unicode tools. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Last updated: November 2026.
1. The Service
Invisible Texts provides free online tools, including invisible text generators, Unicode character references, fancy font converters, and related informational content. All tools are provided free of charge and run in your web browser. We may add, modify, or discontinue any tool or content at any time without prior notice.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our site and tools lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use our tools for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, harassment, impersonation, or deception.
- Use invisible or styled characters to mislead others, evade content filters for harmful purposes, or hide malicious instructions in documents or messages.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, probe its security, or access parts of it you are not authorized to access.
- Scrape, copy, or republish our content at scale without permission. Brief quotations with attribution are fine; wholesale copying is not.
Our tools are neutral utilities. How you use the text you generate is your responsibility.
3. Intellectual Property
The design, layout, articles, and original content of Invisible Texts are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unicode characters themselves are part of an open international standard and are free for anyone to use — our claim covers our presentation and writing, not the characters. You may use text generated by our tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial, without owing us anything.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our guides describe how generated text behaves on third-party platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Discord, and various games. We have no control over those platforms, and their rules, validation behavior, and character support change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular character or technique will work on any specific platform, and we are not responsible if a platform rejects, alters, or penalizes your use of generated text.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any tool output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purpose. Platform compatibility information in our guides reflects our best knowledge at the time of writing and may become outdated.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invisible Texts and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site or its tools — including any account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms as a result of text you generated. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
7. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited data we collect and how our browser-based tools protect your input. Please read it.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms? Reach us at hello@invisibletexts.org or through our contact page.
In Plain Language
Our tools are free, your input stays in your browser, and text you generate is yours to use. Use everything responsibly and lawfully, understand that third-party platforms make their own rules, and know the site is provided as-is. That is the whole deal.
